Set the focus.
Sharpen the strategic agenda, define priorities and non-goals, and direct resources towards the initiatives that matter.

Private Executive Retreats · Murcia
A private setting for a small number of people, one strategic question and decisions that cannot find enough space in operational routine.
01 — Deliberately small
Villa Murcia is intended for executive offsites, leadership alignment, confidential strategy work and personal incentives in a small circle. The number of programme items is not what matters; the business question and the tangible output are.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate office give deep work, privacy and shared thinking a clear setting. The villa is used exclusively; focus, decision architecture and regional changes of perspective are personally coordinated.
02 — Management focus
An executive retreat works when the management question is clear before arrival and everyone knows which robust output should exist at the end.
Sharpen the strategic agenda, define priorities and non-goals, and direct resources towards the initiatives that matter.
OutputThree to five strategic priorities in a clear order.
Clarify the target state, roles, decision rights and governance — particularly during growth, transformation or a change in responsibility.
OutputAlignment on the target state, ownership and decision paths.
Make trade-offs visible, assess scenarios and turn discussion into a robust decision log and an executable roadmap.
OutputDecisions, owners and the next milestones.
Address the operating model, succession, partnership, post-merger integration or strategic repositioning outside day-to-day operations.
OutputA shared 90-day focus with clear workstreams.
03 — Three clear purposes
A retreat is not an end in itself. Before recommending anything, we clarify the business question, stakeholders, required decision readiness and the output that should carry into the organisation.
For two decision-makers who want to set strategic priorities, establish leadership alignment or make a demanding decision away from daily operations.
For outstanding employees, important clients or business partners. Personal appreciation without a standard reward programme or an overloaded itinerary.
For executives developing a business case, board paper, transformation concept or personal transition — with a dependable routine and a separate office.
04 — A possible rhythm
This is not a rigid package. It illustrates the principle: sharpen the business question, work through options and trade-offs, gain perspective and translate the decision into an executable roadmap.
Working setup, stakeholder context and decision statement: which decision must be ready by the end?
Deep work on options, scenarios and trade-offs. Later, golf, nature or the coast instead of another meeting.
A curated day in the region creates distance. Informal conversations test alignment and expose blind spots.
Decision log, ownership, governance and a realistic 90-day roadmap become concrete before departure.
05 — Between mountains and sea
We do not choose from the longest possible list. The experience must suit the purpose, the people, the season and the desired pace.
Open space, movement and a different pace of conversation. Route and guidance are chosen according to fitness, weather and season.
A demanding Jack Nicklaus-designed course within Condado de Alhama — relevant for golfers, but never a compulsory part of the programme.
History, regional produce and an exceptional table create connection without needing to be staged as team building.
Every external experience is checked individually and confirmed separately. Availability, weather, transfers and provider conditions form part of the specific proposal.
06 — One point of contact
The briefing becomes a clear proposal. You decide whether to use the villa on its own or complement the stay with selected services.
External services are proposed after the briefing and only booked once you have approved them.
07 — An honest fit
A clear no protects quality. We therefore assess early whether the villa, sleeping arrangements, working needs and purpose genuinely fit together.
The first step
For an initial assessment, the business question, participants, preferred dates and desired output are enough. We respond personally — and will also say when another format is the better fit.
