What is Villa Murcia?
Villa Murcia is a private design villa at Condado de Alhama in the Region of Murcia. It combines two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate workation office, an open-plan living area, a private pool and a large solarium.
Is the pool genuinely private?
Yes. The pool belongs to the villa and is intended exclusively for its guests. It is independent of the shared pools at Condado de Alhama.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The separate office can provide additional sleeping space with an optional sofa bed. The final bed configuration is confirmed before a stay.
What is included in the outdoor space?
The house includes a pool, garden, and sunny and sheltered areas. According to the architectural plans, the approximately 105 m² solarium is designed as a second living space with a summer kitchen, dining area and lounge, reached by an external staircase.
Is the villa suitable for workations?
Yes. A dedicated office is planned rather than a temporary desk in a bedroom or living room. Wi-Fi and the final technical equipment are confirmed before a stay.
What amenities are planned?
Planned amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, bath and pool towels, an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer. The final available equipment is stated transparently before booking confirmation.

Is the villa available to book now?
The villa is currently being completed. Selected stays can already be requested personally; specific availability and conditions are confirmed individually.
How can I enquire about availability?
The non-binding enquiry form lets you share preferred dates, flexibility, party size and special requirements. An enquiry is not yet a booking confirmation.
What kinds of stays is the villa designed for?
Calm holidays, longer stays and workations. The combination of private outdoor space, a separate office and Condado as a base works particularly well when not every day needs a full itinerary.
Is a hire car recommended?
Yes. A car is the practical option for shopping, the coast, cities, nature trips and most activities beyond the resort. Access and vehicle registration are explained before arrival.
What is confirmed before booking?
This includes availability, conditions, occupancy, final amenities, bed configuration, arrival and departure, and special requirements. This keeps concept images and the service actually available clearly separated.

Where is Villa Murcia?
The villa is at Condado de Alhama in the Region of Murcia in south-eastern Spain. The resort is the calm base; the coast, cities and nature destinations are reached by car.
What does Condado de Alhama offer?
Resort life includes Al Kasar with a supermarket and changing dining options, Alhama Signature golf course and sports facilities. Opening and availability can vary seasonally.
Which trips suit half a day or a full day?
Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolnuevo work for the coast; Sierra Espuña for nature; Cartagena, Murcia and Lorca for culture and city life; Bullas for a planned wine day. Our regional planner sorts destinations by available time, weather and effort.
How should I plan for heat, wind or rain?
On hot days, start early and take a real midday pause. Wind changes boat trips and exposed coves. In rain, Cartagena or another city is often a better choice than sensitive landscapes such as the Barrancos de Gebas. Current warnings always take priority.

What is the digital guest guide?
It is the protected companion for the stay. Instead of general descriptions, it brings together information needed at a particular moment, from arrival and house access to departure and help.
When do guests receive access?
Access is intended for confirmed guests and is provided in connection with their stay. Personal travel dates, access information and other sensitive details remain protected there.
What information does the guest guide contain?
It is organised by situation:
- before travel: stay details, navigation, vehicle and first shopping
- on arrival: resort access, keys, first house check and Wi-Fi
- in the house: rooms, climate, shutters, kitchen, laundry and house rules
- outside: private pool, solarium, outdoor kitchen and garden
- in the resort and beyond: shopping, sport, parking, outings and weather
- help and departure: emergencies, technical questions, keys and check-out
Does it include personal recommendations?
Yes. The public website provides orientation; the guest guide can add current notes, host recommendations and information tailored to the stay.
Can I open the guest guide now?
The guest area is protected. Access details are provided only to confirmed guests.
